A little parking lot on the corner of Wacko and 34th st. It was you're typical goverment issued building with big letters on the side writting out a quote by a past president. There were a line of blue boxes out next to the road for people to drive up and drop them off. Inside, past the one way glass doors, was a split hallways. One went down to PO boxes, while the other way lead to the actual office of the place where there was always someone to help anyonme in need of assistance.
